Raw Vegan Lasagna
Today I made myself some incredible tasty raw vegan Lasagna.
I used thin layers of zucchini, one layer of thinly sliced carrots and different sauces and “cheese” between the layers. All the slicing was done with my Lurch 10212 Vario-Reibe slicing kitchen tool. I placed the layers of zucchini and carrots in a small deep dish and turned it on a plate after I was done with putting in all layers and sauces.
Every sauce was strained before applied on a layer of zucchini or carrot to get out part of the water. I drank the leftovers in the strainer because they were delicious for themselves.
All nuts can be substituted for other nuts you like, I used what I had. The sauces and “cheese” were made with a small and cheap blender.
